Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings, reservations, event enquiries, and online payments made through the ReeMooZ FEC website or directly with our team.

 

  1. General Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ReeMooZ FEC. A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment and written confirmation from our team.

  1. Restaurant Reservations
  • General restaurant reservations, where accepted, are subject to the prevailing reservation policy.
  • Advance payments, if collected for special events, festive occasions, tasting experiences, or exclusive dining packages, may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
  • ReeMooZ FEC reserves the right to release reserved tables if guests fail to arrive within the applicable grace period.

 

  1. Banquet & Event Bookings
  • Advance payments made towards banquet halls, party venues, lounges, corporate events, weddings, birthdays, or other functions are generally non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered as per the booking agreement signed for the respective event.
  • If any refund is approved by the management under exceptional circumstances, the amount shall be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges, taxes, and any expenses already incurred.

 

  1. Gaming & Activity Bookings

Advance bookings for gaming activities, attractions, or entertainment experiences may be cancelled or rescheduled only if permitted under the specific terms applicable to that activity.

 

  1. Rescheduling

Requests for changing the booking date are subject to:

  • Availability of the requested date and venue.
  • Management approval.
  • Applicable rescheduling charges, if any.

Approval of a rescheduling request shall be at the sole discretion of ReeMooZ FEC.

 

  1. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the scheduled time without prior intimation may result in cancellation of the booking without any refund.

 

  1. Cancellation by ReeMooZ FEC

In the unlikely event that ReeMooZ FEC is unable to honour a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, government restrictions, force majeure events, or safety concerns, the management may:

  • Offer an alternate date or venue (where feasible), or
  • Process a refund of the amount received, if applicable.

Such remedies shall constitute the customer’s sole entitlement.

 

  1. Refund Processing

Where a refund has been approved by ReeMooZ FEC:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment wherever possible.
  • Processing may take approximately 7 to 14 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
  • Transaction charges, gateway fees, or statutory deductions may be deducted where applicable.

 

  1. Force Majeure

ReeMooZ FEC shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic-related restrictions, government directives, labour disputes, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

  1. Management Rights

ReeMooZ FEC reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the website shall prevail.
